Executive Coaching, Organizational Coaching

Claire Muhm

Claire Muhm is a coach whose background includes 25 years of Human Resources leadership across multiple industries. Claire has held the top HR job with MFS Investment Management, MediaOne International, Continental Cablevision and Boston Edison; previously, she held significant HR roles with Digital Equipment Corporation and Analog Devices.

Claire’s approach to coaching is distinguished by her deep understanding of corporate culture, how organizations work, and how leaders succeed; and her client companies have ranged from large corporations to start-ups in the early stages of funding.

Because she has been a member of executive teams responsible for shaping and executing strategy, navigating change and achieving operational results, she excels as a sounding board to senior executives. Claire also understands the elusive qualities associated with ‘executive presence’ and has worked with "high potential" leaders to reach the next level. Her significant international experience (including two expatriate assignments), M&A experience, and Board-level interaction further broaden the range of Claire’s coaching expertise.
